Aaron Majcan
PROJECT MANAGER
Aaron is a Project Manager for
Setters Construction with 15 years
of progressive experience in civil
construction. Aaron has contributed
to many projects throughout
Alberta ranging in complexity from
town water capacity expansions
and multi-lot residential and
commercial developments to multi-
plate bridge files and building
expansions. In addition to his
strong leadership skills, he has
experience in other elements of
civil construction such as budget
management, contract
administration and geomatics.
Aaron is committed to continue
building strong, deep routed
business relationships with newly
acquired and existing clients. He is
instrumental to our growth strategy
and essential to developing our
network within the province.

Casey Setters
GENERAL MANAGER
Casey Setters is the General
Manager at J.T. Setters and
Sons Construction Ltd. Casey
has worked for 20+ years,
starting as a laborer/operator
and working into a
management position. This
experience, along with a Civil Engineering
diploma from SAIT, gives
Casey a well-rounded approach
to civil construction. Casey is
also the founder and president
of Latitude Engineering. This
company provides civil
engineering and design for a
wide range of projects around
the province of Alberta.
Chad Ramsay
PROJECT MANAGER/SITE SUPERINTENDENT
Chad Ramsay has worked for
25+ years in the construction
industry, and with J.T. Setters &
Sons Construction for 24 years.
He started as a
labourer/operator and working
into a management position.
He has knowledge and
experience in Civil Construction
and has handled hundreds of
projects throughout Alberta
from deep servicing to the
finished product.
He ensures project completion
according to schedule, plan and
budget. Chad provides a
superior employee and
customer experience that
reinforces our core values of
quality, integrity and safety.
